Singapore Botanic Gardens

23 Oct

Now a Unesco World Heritage Site, its popularity will no doubt be much more widespread, but on a personal level my engagement with this garden has taken on a new fervour.  More on site artwork to record its allure and beauty  will be made, and sharing with my students what it can offer. This painting  is nostalgic , done with recall,  a  kind of  snapshot  of what is like looking back in retrospection of days gone by.

Mr. Tham, your art is beautiful. I am hoping to attend one of your nature sketching sessions at the gardens. I’m not an artist but would like to be. Thanks you for volunteering your time to teach people how to draw. Happy New Year!
